Recently, I attended a church
programme at Light House Chapel and the people there were massive. On the final day, I was a bit late
and couldn’t have a place to sit and even to hear what the man of God was
saying, I was so angry I wanted to live for my house but I could not because I
have never gone to church and returned home because of anger. People still
thronged in and I forced myself to stand outside and strain my ears to
listen to what was been preached. Though lots of people were not hearing, they
were still there; people love big things. These big churches are building
universities, hospitals, radio stations, businesses, and buying airplanes and everything you can
think of. It then occurred to me that in our world the greatest are those with
the biggest audience.
When Cain left his parents and
took is younger sister along, he gave birth and built a city. Cain hard lots of
people to support him and he was able to build the city that he always dreamed
of; the world’s first city. When Nimrod tried to build a tower to heaven, if
God had not intervened, He’d be there and mankind would walk up to him in his
abode. Whatever you do your mission needs people to back you up. If you are a
loner you would not reach anywhere in life. It is about time we give respect to
the concept of having many people to support what we do. Proverbs says the rich
man’s wealth is his strong city; thus your ability to live a fulfilled life
would come from your audience. How well you live would depend on the number of
customers you have for your product.
I firmly believe that everybody
needs an audience. In a subtle way we might think that only public speakers and
pastors need audience, but that is deceptive. The musician, mason, carpenter,
food seller, hair dresser and other ventures need an audience. This is so
because whatever we do is directed towards people.
In our days, those who have the
audience are the celebrities and stars we always talk about. Soccer right now
commands lots of audience all over the world. Political parties and for that
matter presidency has great audiences. Christianity and other religions are now
fighting for members. When Jesus came he gave us the great commission; he
wanted us to go all over the world and preach the gospel. With the believer, everything should be
‘world’ because of the people we have to win for Christ.
The concept of globalization is
spearheaded by audience capture. The chartered institute of marketing has it in
their logo that ‘the world is our market’.
When people develop their products and services the first thing they
think about is to have audience all over the world. Today, you see Barclays
bank in Europe and so many countries in Africa. When you conquer the world,
then you have fulfilled your mission. Hence, your mission is to conquer the
world.
Any venture with the biggest
audience is a world product and suffice to say it becomes the biggest thing. Radio stations
with the most audience charge the highest advertisement fees and have so much
demand. So
I have the revelation that the people are the most important. Whatever your problem is, its solution is to have a great audience.
The one with the greatest
audience has the greatest fulfillment. When you have great audience almost all
your problems would be over. These people would provide you with money and
anything you need to support your God given assignment. And thank God there are
lots of audiences out there, Jesus said ‘the harvest is plenty’. If you can
have many people to eat your food, it means you would have enough money to build
that house, buy that restaurant, take your children to the best schools and
even be able to serve God better.
Your problem is not money but
people. You need customers, church members, political party supporters, clients
and whatever you would call it in your filled; it is people and always will.
In this blog, am going to teach a
lot about how to get audience for whatever you do. It would be in your own
interest to visit here very often to learn. I am also going to organize
conferences in 2014 to talk about issues concerning wining people. Many people
with so much talent are in the house but if they know how to get the audience
their dreams and destiny would be fulfilled. That is why I have dedicated this
website to writing about how to get people for your venture using biblical
