Apology to the Holy Spirit
Am writing on why the ark shook while it was on the cart when it was been taken to its new place. The obvious reason is that they were in a hurry to satisfy their ambitions.
God wants us to walk in perfection and though we may have the anointing we still have not arrived. However, the moment we have the power we don't take time to listen to the Holy Spirit anymore, we don't want to submit. We say things like this, 'i don't want to preach in that church, he doesn't treat me well', 'I have a meeting to attend, am tired and sick, I shall go there tomorrow', 'his message is not good enough, he doesn't even prophecy' etc etc
Definitely, the lack of submission to the Holy Spirit is the tumbling of the glory. Our anointing shakes!
Then we follow our ambitions even in spiritual matters, you use all the time to pray when he wants you to go and preach, even in prayer you feel sitting down thirty minutes to one hour till the Lord speaks to you is a waste of precious time, you will rather speak in tongues several hours for more anointing.
We take the same attitude to ministry, every week we want a platform to preach, the day you don't get it, you think you are failing in ministry. But don't you know that there are days when God doesn't want his ministers to preach but rest in him? Your success depends on him not how much preaching you have per week. The race is not to the swift!
Everybody thinks the same way, once am a minister I must own a church but the truth is God will not have certain people own churches, he want them to just preach that's all. Ambitions!!
I see this too, frequency. There is so much speed these days that we go ahead of God. We are in a hurry to do more programs. The question is who are we working for?
The judgement day comes and because we have rushed the ark and not followed the preferences of the Lord we now have to maintain it ourselves. That is why ministry will let some preachers cry and suffer burnout because they used their own strength. IF YOU BUILT THAT MINISTRY WITHOUT HIM THEN YOU HAVE TO MAINTAIN IT WITHOUT HIS HELP.
I believe there are certain ministers they are not who they really are, they are prophets instead of teachers and evangelists instead of pastors - why? They follow the latest trends in ministry and preach other ministers messages. A question, when God sent you didn't he give you a message to give to those he sent you to? Why carry another prophets message eh?
Certain church owners are supposed to be assistants somewhere and certain churches are located wrongly.
We have the ark already so we will carry it out anyhow; the Holy Spirit looks like an element and not a person. We manage things with our thoughts when he has said 'your thoughts are not my thoughts'. We have strategies we apply when he has said 'your ways are not my ways'.
The ark is tumbling and it will try to fall and we will try to use the flesh to support it, yes Uzzah will try to touch it but God would have had enough and start collapsing churches and some famously anointed people can't operate in the anointing anymore.
May we repent and appologise to the Holy Spirit.
