It is hard and painful to walk with people who always do things that destructs you. Dealing with such people sometimes mean lots of time would be spent not forgetting the emotional turmoil.
Dealing with them freezes your activities and delays progress.
You have to learn to overlook certain actions till the right time when it won't affect anything you do.
Ask yourself these questions;
What am doing now is important but can I add this issue to it?
When would it be appropriate for me to approach this situation headon?
Before you deal with any situation make sure you have nothing important doing and it is the right time.
