Simplistic Attitudes Toward Deliverance

"When an evil spirit leaves a person, it goes into the desert, seeking rest but finding none.
Then it says, 'I will return to the person I came from.' So it returns and finds its former home empty, swept, and in order.
Then the spirit finds seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they all enter the person and live there. And so that person is worse off than before. That will be the experience of this evil generation."
Matthew 12:43-45
The scripture above speaks of persons who received deliverance and worsened their situation, this happens in two instances;
1. When the deliverance is incomplete.
In situations we cannot finish it in a day. Some takes weeks. An inexperience minister may do it shabbily and let you go while some remain. The rest of the demons will open doors for the others to enter. Demons work in groups especially when they see they cannot control the person alone.
2. When the deliverance is complete and the person doesn't commit himself
or herself to the Lord.
This is very common, when they come for prayer and get what they want you don't hear of them again. Some even go back to their old spiritually bankrupt lives; no prayer, fasting, church etc
With this one the demon returns and sees that you are not on fire so it will go back and bring others and tighten the noose and worsen your case. If you watched only pornography now it become sleeping with many men and etc.
